Inside Sales and Marketing Associate

this position is for you. 3C Software is growing and we are looking for a sales
and marketing associate with 1-2 years of experience working in a sales, marketing
or customer service environment.
As a marketing and sales associate, you will work directly with the outside sales
team and marketing staff on a wide range of projects. You will have daily interaction
with prospects and existing customers to assist in acquiring new customers and opportunities.
Ideally, the best candidate for this role has a passion for technology or software and is
looking for an environment where they can make a significant contribution to the team’s success.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties related to sales and marketing support
Receive, evaluate and answer inquiries from prospects, customers and others by phone and correspondence
Identify and communicate with prospects to set appointments and follow-up
Assist with marketing activities including generating and sending marketing materials, planning events, developing online marketing campaigns, and others
Maintain sales information and generate reports using Salesforce.com
Serve as executive assistant for sales and marketing management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
1-2 years experience working in a Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or Communications role strongly preferred
Proficient skills working with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Adobe Software Suite a plus
Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, work well in team environments and possess strong communication, presentation and project management skills
