Improved Performance for Large List View Results:  Users can now navigate folders with thousands of items in a fraction of time that it used to take. This improved performance is a direct result of dynamically paging the list view results to display data on a as needed bases. This process is conceptually similar to how web search engines (like Google) display extremely large result sets – they get the users to page thru the results. Impact:EDC improves upon this design by binding the paging events directly to the list view navigational controls. This additional step makes this new navigation feature completely seamless to the end users – except, of course, for the improved performance.

Users can copy and paste items in either the folders view or the main window by selecting Copy and Paste from the Edit menu. When this command is issued, Impact looks for a list of available templates. These template items must be placed in the Templates folder in an items root directory.
