3C Software’s
Professional Services Group are seasoned accounting and
technology experts collaborates with clients to develop a
meaningful and actionable costing system that delivers
results. We use a three-part approach designed to address
all phases of installation and on-going maintenance.

Survey
Phase |
|
We
perform onsite evaluations including interviews with
key cost, manufacturing and technical personnel.
During this time, we also gain a deeper
understanding of existing cost systems,
functionality and business processes. Finally, we
assess the client’s IT infrastructure to determine
how data flows between systems. |

Implementation Phase |
|
Upon
completing the survey phase, the client receives a
project plan that describes the scope and approach
recommended for a successful implementation. Then a
project team of 3C Software and client personnel is
assembled to detail the project plan and
accomplished any required tasks. During this phase,
cost models are built and tested and systems are
integrated to deliver data appropriately. Once
testing is completed and the client team is trained
on how to use the system, the project team will
bring the system into production for use throughout
the organization. |

Maintenance Phase |
|
As
technology advances and operational needs of our
clients change, our Professional Services team is
available to assist them in growing and upgrading
their costing systems. Regular releases of
Impact:ECS provide users with new tools to improve
their productivity as we continue to upgrade our
system’s capabilities. |
