Joining the program is optional highly recommended to remain on the forefront of cost management technology. With the annual subscription fee, members receive many benefits including:

  • Technical support for all authorized Impact:ECS users
  • Immediate responses to critical Impact:ECS system issues
  • Priority responses to all non-critical Impact:ECS system issues
  • Notification of corrections or changes to Impact:ECS system
