How Solo Cup uses ImpactECS:

By implementing ImpactECS, Solo Cup was able to link finance and manufacturing data from multiple shop floor and ERP systems to improve decision making and responsiveness.  ImpactECS gave the Solo Cup team access to:

• Indented bills-of-materials with summary costing at each WIP point and lover level sub-assemblies
• Detailed scrap costing for materials, labor and overhead
• Material usage and labor forecasts based on any volume, production or sales scenario
• Aggregation of SKU level detail costing to material groups
• Captures product attribute data from SAP and MES production data
• Kept the costs pure – no mixing of material, labor and overhead costs
• Harmonized cost data across a number of disparate systems
