Scope and Approach

The foundation of our implementation methodology, during scope and approach we gather detailed information to schedule, budget and plan the project.

Analysis

We work with our clients to understand the existing cost process and identify data sources, reporting needs, and interface requirements.

Design

During the Design phase, we establish the interfaces, structures and data flows of the cost model(s).

Build

Templates, calculations, reports and interfaces are built and the data is pushed to the model(s) during this phase.

Test

A comprehensive acceptance test is performed to analyze system functionality, model results, and overall performance.

Go Live

After testing is completed, ImpactECS is rolled out to the production environment and training is provided to client end users.
