As President and Chief Executive Officer of 3C Software, Matthew sets the strategic direction of the organization. With over 20 years of progressively responsible experience with 3C Software, Matthew has been actively involved in all areas of the business including professional services, sales and marketing, support and strategic planning.
Matthew is consistently recognized for his expertise in developing and implementing enterprise cost and profitability systems. He has been an invited speaker at many industry-specific conferences and trade shows, and an industry expert in a number of trade and technical publications.
An alumnus of West Georgia College, Matthew infuses 3C Software with his own brand of passion and leadership and provides insight to his employees in the area of enterprise cost management.
Joan joined 3C Software in 1993 and has served in a variety of roles across the company. Starting as a documentation writer, Joan quickly expanded her responsibilities to include training and software implementations. After a few years, Joan moved to the finance team and now oversees all finance and accounting operations and manages human resources and benefits operations for 3C Software.
A graduate of The College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art History.
Joining the company in 1996, Paul has worked in a variety of product development and implementation roles and works closely with internal and customer teams to define ImpactECS requirements.
Joining 3C Software in 1999, Rama Krishna has been intimately involved with all phases of software development. In his current role as Chief Software Architect, he is responsible for the delivery of the ImpactECS product suite and provides guidance to sales, professional services and customer groups on technology and product capabilities.
Rama Krishna has published a number of technology articles on The Code Project developer resource website. He also co-authored “ASP.Net Ajax in Action” (Manning Publications, 2007) that offers guidance and examples to help developers build dynamic web applications.
Before 3C Software, Rama Krishna worked as a software engineer at CAE Solutions where he was engaged in design, development and testing of a number of products. Prior to CAE Solutions, he was a member of the management training program at one of India’s leading petroleum and oilfields services company, Engineers Limited India.
Rama Krishna has a Bachelor of Technology Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India.
Since 2002, Stacey has served as the leader of marketing initiatives at 3C Software. Her responsibilities include lead generation, product marketing, corporate communications, public relations, event management, and marketing operations. In addition, Stacey manages the online advertising and demand generation efforts for the company.
Prior to joining 3C Software, Stacey served as a manager in the strategy consulting group at Accenture where she worked with financial services clients on a wide range of projects. Early in her career, Stacey served as Participant Services Manager for benefits leader Hewitt Associates and Customer Service Manager at long-distance player Sprint.
Stacey has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA degree with a focus on marketing and finance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Scott joined 3C Software in 2009 as the Director of Sales where he managed direct and channel sales efforts enterprise products. As Director of Customer Success, Scott works with ImpactECS customers to help them maximize the value of their ImpactECS processes.
Before 3C Software, Scott amassed over 25 years of experience in a number of sales management and technology roles for well-known software and consulting firms. Starting at Measurex Systems, Scott served ten years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Management Systems Division. He then joined consulting leader Ernst & Young for two years as a Senior Manager in the SAP Practice Group. Moving back into sales management, Scott spent six years as Director of Sales and Marketing at JD Edwards and another six years as Vice President of Sales for Strategic Solutions at Infor.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
