3C Software Seals the Deal with Mohawk Fine Papers Inc.

Mohawk is North America’s largest privately-owned manufacturer known for making high-performance papers and envelopes for the professional design and print communities. Headquartered in Cohoes, New York and with locations spread throughout New York State and Ohio, Mohawk has selected the ImpactECS Enterprise Cost System from 3C Software as the costing platform for its four paper mill and converting facilities.

The centralized goal of this project is to standardize and modernize their disparate and disconnected costing system. ImpactECS will capture years of knowledge from spreadsheets and transform it into an enterprise application that integrates with MES systems, PI, and BPCS. The 3C Software team will work with Mohawk’s finance and accounting team to develop models to calculate standard and actual product cost, analyze cost variances and create sales quotes.
