As our customer base continues to grow, we are expanding our commitment to handle your questions and support needs through establishing a concierge support program.
Designed to deliver answers quicker and provide the highest level of follow-up, our new support case process streamlines communication by assigning a case concierge to work with our consulting and development teams on your issues.
Concierge support service is available to accounts active on 3C Software’s maintenance program. Getting started is simple. Just submit a case from the Customer Support Portal, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1-800-226-2036, option 2. We’ll take it from there.
