MSFT_Win7Logo3C Software today announced that after completing a rigorous round of testing designed by Microsoft, the ImpactECS Enterprise Cost System is Compatible with Windows® 7. This achievement means that ImpactECS will install cleanly and reliably, experience minimal crashes and reboots, and work with both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Windows 7.

“Our customers expect us to deliver high-quality enterprise costing solutions that offer the most up-to-date features,” said Rama Krishna Vavilala, Chief Software Architect of 3C Software. “By working with Microsoft, we continue to provide ImpactECS users with both enhanced functionality and significant value.”

Since 2009, 3C Software has actively participated in the Microsoft Certified Parnter program for Independent Software Vendors.  As members of the program, 3C Software developers have access to Microsoft resources and technologies to expand the functionality of ImpactECS.  As a result, 3C Software’s customers are confident that ImpactECS will easily integrate with a Microsoft-based infrastructure. “As a company, we are resolved to using the best technology available to deliver the most effective set of costing tools for process manufacturers,” said 3C Software CEO Matthew Smith. “We are energized with this new Microsoft achievement and the ability to service our customers using Windows 7.”
