We Did It Again! 3C Software Recognized as One of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies To Work For

May 17, 2019 — Every year companies throughout Atlanta compete to be named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.” Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor. These select companies will be honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead.

The winning companies also compete for 13 elite awards, one granted for each category. Also, an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a “Best of the Best” award. The elite award winners will be revealed throughout this year’s breakfast program.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business. (See following list for winners.)

The annual symposium and awards program will begin with a celebratory breakfast, registration, networking and an exhibit gallery at 8:00 AM. The Best and Brightest will also have an optional Coffee Connection discussion before the event starts at 7:30AM for any HR professionals that are interested in getting a glimpse of the Best and Brightest Peer Groups. This year’s event theme will be “Wake up with the Stars”. The program will start with an inspirational presentation by speaker Jennifer McGowan, Executive Directors of Pebble Tossers, and continue with the announcement of the top 10 elite awards. This year’s keynote address will be presented by John Parker, Co-Author of ‘Become Unmistakable’ and Vice President of Elzinga and Volkers. Every year the Best and Brightest honors non-profits in the Metro Atlanta area to be showcased during the program and ensure the winning companies will have a chance to connect and volunteer. This year the community corner will honor Hands On Atlanta, A.G. Rhodes, and Open Hand Atlanta. The Winners’ Award Reception along with photo opportunities will feature Abhi Golhar, biz 1190 AM WAFS, and a representative from WSB TV2.
