3C Software Named As One of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies for the 8th Consecutive Year!

May 07, 2018 — Every year companies throughout Atlanta compete to be named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® .” Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor. These select companies will be honored by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis.

The winning companies also compete for 13 elite awards, one granted for each category. Also, an overall winner that has excelled in all categories will be honored with a “Best of the Best Overall” award. The elite award winners will be revealed during the breakfast program.

Winners are pooled by the size of their company. Employers with 50 or less employees are benchmarked together and are classified as Small Business; 51-200 employees are benchmarked together and are classified as Medium Business; employers with more than 201 employees are benchmarked together and are classified as Large Business. All companies, no matter their size, can be a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® resulting in Better Business, Richer Lives and Stronger Communities.

An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business, Medium Business and Large Business.

The annual symposium and awards program will begin with a celebratory breakfast, registration, networking and an exhibit gallery at 8:00 a.m.. This year’s event theme will be “A Journey Through the Decades’. The program will start with an interactive presentation by keynote speaker Dan Miller, Nutrition and Fitness Expert; continue with keynote speaker Ana Dorr, Reality Based Leadership. This year Best and Brightest C-Suite Executives will present a case study on best practices, intrinsic value, and ROI. The Best and Brightest has also partnered with Mr. Tom’s Heart for the interactive community project, and attendees will be asked to bring in new childrens’ books. The Winners’ Award Reception along with photo opportunities will feature Abhi Golhar, biz 1190 AM WAFS, and a representative from WSB TV2.
